If you would like to request a transcript of the legal proceedings for which you are a party or are the attorney of record, you may do so by completing the Transcript Request Form and submitting to the Court Reporter of the Judicial Officer presiding over the proceeding. The form may be submitted in person or via US Mail. Please read the form carefully as there are costs that accompany the request for transcript.
