The Allen Circuit Court is honored to serve the citizens of Allen County.

By Indiana law, the Allen Circuit Court has original and concurrent jurisdiction in all civil cases, in all criminal cases, and de novo appellate jurisdiction of appeals from city and town courts in Allen County. The Allen Circuit Court also has appellate jurisdiction that the law may confer upon it.

Pursuant to Allen County local rules and case allocation requirements, the Allen Circuit Court specifically hears cases involving felony OVWIs, felony habitual traffic violators, felony nonsupport of children, civil cases, domestic relations cases, paternity/IV-D cases, and mortgage foreclosures.

The Circuit Court also operates three (3) certified problem-solving courts.
