Mag. Haley D. Scribner
Haley D. Scribner serves as a Magistrate in the Allen Circuit Court, where she is assigned to IV-D Court. A Fort Wayne native, Scribner earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University in 2014—one in Business (Accounting) and one in Public Affairs (Criminal Justice). While attending law school, she obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. She graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2018.
Following her graduation, Scribner joined the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney from 2018 to 2024, where she spent most of her time in the Felony Domestic Violence and Felony Sex Crimes Divisions. In 2024, she began working at the Whitley County Prosecutor’s Office, handling a wide variety of cases with an emphasis on Operating While Intoxicated cases. Scribner was also on the Whitley County Veteran's Treatment Court Team.
Scribner previously served on the PBS Fort Wayne Board of Directors, as Vice Chair of the Finance and Audit Committees, and is a past president of the Whitley County Domestic Violence Task Force.
Scribner was sworn in as a Circuit Court Magistrate on October 13, 2025.
