Current Wedding Guidelines

  • Weddings in the Allen Circuit Court are currently being scheduled Monday thru Friday at 4:30pm and 4:45pm. The cost is $150.00.

  • Wedding parties must be kept to seven guests or fewer.

  • A wedding license is required in order for a wedding ceremony to be conducted.

  • Before scheduling a wedding, please click on the tab below for our list of Frequently Asked Questions (Wedding FAQs).

  • A link to the Marriage License E-Filing Application is also provided below.

  • Weddings must be paid for at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled wedding date (click on Wedding FAQs below for more information). Weddings not paid for 7 days in advance will automatically be cancelled.

  • Once you have scheduled your wedding, a judicial officer will contact you via email with payment instructions for your ceremony.
